A day of mindfulness practice including "mindful lunch"

Take some time out to refresh your mind and body with a day of mindfulness practice and meditation in beautiful Pirbright (near Guildford and Woking). The day will weave together sitting meditation, mindful movement, periods of silence and mindful eating.

Mindfulness is about shifting into the present moment and paying attention to what is here right now, bringing curiosity to our experience. Practicing mindfulness allows us to cultivate this natural human quality to enhance our wellbeing, to learn about who we really are and to grow.

Dedicating a day to focused practice is a great way to support your on-going practice at home, whether you have just started meditating or are an experienced mindfulness practitioner. The retreat day is an opportunity to spend some time with yourself, being with your inner experience as we explore a variety of practices.
